We have been performing this play for more than 15 years in and around the Philadelphia area. Prior to the performance, my mother conducts a 15 minute workshop on ways to identify women who may be suffering in silence, and how clergy and lay people can assist in the process of helping abused women find safe havens. If you know of any local assemblies in the Philadelphia and surrounding area interested in seeing the play, entitled, Smiling faces, please let me know.
